WHAT IS A DORMANT ACCOUNT?
An account at CrossRoads Community FCU is considered dormant when there has been no activity for an extended amount of time. We consider any account to be in dormant status after nine (9) months of inactivity.
Whether you have moved to a new address, changed your phone number, or updated your email, it is important your contact information is up to date with us to ensure communication and secure your financial relationship.
