How does eStatements Work?
- You will receive an email that your eStatement is Ready.
- Login to your Online Banking to access your statement(s).
Getting Started is Simple
- Login to your Online Banking
- Click on the eStatements hyperlink (right side of page)
- Click the drop-down menu to select your Member Number
- Follow the step for the one-time Verification Code

Once you complete the enrollment for eStatements your current and past statements will be available on the first of the month.

Promotion Terms & Conditions
This promotion is open to all members of CrossRoads Community Federal Credit Union. To be entered into the $250 Bills Store Gift Card Drawing, Members must enroll in eStatements during the promotion period. The eStatement promotion will begin on October 1, 2026 and will conclude on November 30, 2026. Members who enroll in eStatements during the campaign period will be automatically entered into the drawing. One winner will be randomly selected and announced by December 5, 2026.
