How do Text Alert Notifications Work?
When you make a purchase with your Debit and/or Credit Card you will receive a real-time notification by text for the Card used and the Amount of the purchase.
Getting Started is Simple
- To set up your Debit Card use our Mobile App
- Once you login to your Online Banking, choose the Cards Tab, then Add your Card.
- To set up your Credit Card (via the Mastercard login from your Online Banking) a one-time set will be required.
- After you’ve logged into Online Banking choose your Mastercard Balance Tab (this will direct you to the set up process, or take you directly to your Mastercard information if you’ve previously completed your setup).
What should I do if I receive an Alert for a transaction I did not make?

- You can also temporarily turn your Card off:
- Debit Card – from our Mobile App, choose the Cards Tab (if set up was completed you will see the top of the screen shows a Card “On/Off Radio Button.”
- Credit Card – from your Online Banking (if set up was completed you will see a “Lock Card” tab on the top left of the screen.
These features can be a good safeguard until you can question a purchase, you’re not sure about. Note: Recurring payments you’ve authorized will still be processed (Netflix, HULU, Spotify, utility bills, etc.)
