For CrossRoads Community members enrolled in Online Banking, it’s like having a branch at your fingertips 24/7. Through Online Banking, you can check account balances, transfer funds between credit union accounts, pay bills, view statements, review transactions, apply for loans, connect to Credit Sense, sign up for electronic statements, schedule email notifications, and much, much more.
Online Bill Pay
This free feature of Online Banking allows credit union members to schedule one-time and recurring payments from your credit union account. View and manage paying bills from one site. No need to write and mail checks or go to individual sites to pay a bill.
Additional Online Bill Pay Fee-based Services
- Overnight Check – paper check payment delivered within one business day.
- Same-Day Bill Payment – electronic payments delivered on the same business day.
- Account 2 Account – transfers to/from the credit union from other financial institutions.
Mobile Banking
With our mobile banking app, you can view account balances and transactions, transfer funds between credit union accounts, pay bills and more. Credit Sense
Credit Sense is a free service that can help you manage your credit so when it comes time to borrow for a big-ticket purchase—like buying a home, car or paying for college—you have a clear picture of your credit health and can qualify for the lowest possible interest rate. You’ll also see offers on how you can save money on new and existing loans with CrossRoads Community FCU. Credit Sense also provides credit monitoring and credit alerts.
TO ENROLL IN CREDIT SENSE
Log into Online Banking. Click on the Credit Sense image next to your list of credit union accounts. It’s that easy. (Note: You must be enrolled in Online Banking in order to sign up for Credit Sense. If you don’t already have an Online Banking Account, you can create one here.)
Zelle®
Zelle® is a personal payment service that makes sending money as easy as sending an email or text message. With Zelle®, you can send and receive money with friends, family and people you know directly from your credit union checking account in minutes, all from the convenience of Online Banking or our Mobile App using just your email address or U.S. mobile phone number.

Remote Check Deposit
After downloading the CrossRoads Community mobile banking app, you can make deposits to your CrossRoads account by taking pictures of your checks with any smart device. It’s free, convenient, simple and secure. Sign/endorse (your name) on the back of the check and write: For mobile deposit only, member number and, if applicable, check the box for mobile deposit.
Snap a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check, choose the account where you want the funds deposited, click submit and you’re done!
